on July 27 and 28, 2024.

We can mention some of the steps of the path, such as purification, meditation, character building, and chakra activation, as the quality of a person’s consciousness, abilities and level of development depend on the state of the energy body and the degree of development of the energies in pertinent chakras. The Arhatic yoga path teaches how to consciously activate one’s energy points also to increase psychic functions and instinctive intelligence. The awakening of kundalini energy, in an underdeveloped person this energy can be awakened only partially while in a person with an advanced level of development it can be awakened to very important levels. The Arhatic path allows extraordinary development of this energy in a gradual, fast and safe manner. Improving one’s pranic healing abilities, the therapist’s ability is related to the quality to the size, the balance of the energies present in the therapist and consequently is related to the structure of his chakras. Arhatic yoga practices enable extraordinary development of personal energies in both quality and quantity. Enhancement of one’s psychic abilities and skills such as clairvoyance.
