Mindfulness as a key to healing

Mindfulness is a very powerful medicine. Loss of balance and inner harmony can lead us toward physical symptoms, which should not be seen as annoyances but as a wake-up call that can denounce an imbalance. When disharmony shows up on the body, it is because it has often already taken over the mind. We seek to understand why we become ill in order to regain real and lasting health of body and mind.

Our techniques are not intended to replace orthodox medicine but rather to be an integrative tool of it.
