Certificate and Attestation
At the end of each course, a Certificate issued by the Institute for Inner Studies will be given to the student, to allow him/her to enter the next level, or to repeat the course free of charge as many times as he/she wishes either in the place where he/she resides or anywhere else in the world. Certificates issued by the Institute for Inner Studies are recognized internationally.
Institute for Inner Studies
Master Choa Kok Sui is the founder of modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui is credited with developing an energy healing system that makes more effective and efficient use of prana, the life force that keeps the body alive. Although he is a chemical engineer by training and a successful businessman, he has spent more than 30 years researching and studying esoteric sciences, examining and classifying various healing techniques, developing concepts, principles, techniques and practical applications. Thus Pranic Healing was born.
The Institute for Inner Studies Incorporated (IISI) was founded on April 27, 1987 by Master Choa Kok Sui for the purpose of spreading Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga and inner teachings globally. IISI is headquartered in Makati, Philippines.
In the early 2000s, with the help of many dedicated instructors and foundations, Master Choa Kok Sui’s Institute for Inner Studies was able to spread its founder’s work to major cities in more than 80 countries, on all five continents. Master Choa Kok Sui‘s first book, Miracles with Pranic Healing, published in late 1987, has been translated into more than 27 languages and read in more than 80 countries.

Teaching materials
In Pranic Healing, instructor manuals are the same throughout the world in order not to alter the Master’s teachings. The average training time for an instructor for the first level is 2 years. Master Choa Kok Sui‘s books are translated into over 27 languages and are relevant to some training courses. Pranic Healing teaching is passed on to students through instructors recognized by the Institute for inner Studies. The teachings of Arhatic Yoga are passed to students through 8 Masters, who do their work around the world, trained directly by Master Choa. The Masters recognize what comes from Master Choa Kok Sui and the Institute for Inner Studies as official teaching.
A few introductory words about Pranic Healing courses and our school
Pranic Healing is divided into several levels.
- The first level covers basic principles and techniques, which enable the student to heal simple physical ailments.
- The second level, Advanced Pranic Healing, teaches advanced techniques that include colors to shorten healing time. In this level, students learn to apply treatments for chronic and more severe physical ailments.
- The third level, pranic psychotherapy, or emotional and mental healing, involves the use of more powerful techniques for healing psychological disorders and the emotional and mental aspects of chronic illnesses. The treatment of psychological disorders requires more time, effort and skill.
- The fourth level, Pranic Crystal Healing, is the technology of crystals. They are used as healing tools to treat severe and chronic diseases.
- The fifth level Pranic Face Lifting & Body Sculpting is a set of physical and psychic techniques to eliminate trauma and reposition volumes of the body and face.

ARHATIC YOGA preparatory course in Lombardia
From the third level, after doing Psycho Pranic Healing, it is possible set out on a path of Arhatic Yoga, the Yoga of Synthesis, a synthesis of different yogic techniques such as Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Mantra Yoga and Hatha Yoga. An extraordinary path that includes powerful meditations, purifications, breathing techniques, all integrated into a layered system that allows the spiritual development of the practitioner in total safety.
